游戏《守望先锋》的CTF夺旗赛模式将保留，并增加九幅地图

游戏《守望先锋》的负责人Jeff Kaplan宣布夺旗模式仍然保留为游戏可玩的一部分，并增加了九幅地图场景 - - 但在此有一则提醒。

夺旗模式在中国农历鸡年引入，为了庆祝中国农历新年的缘故。

此前引入的限时游戏模式包括Lucioball （Lucio为游戏中的滑轮少年角色）和“梅的雪球攻势”等等，但这两个模式都在相关活动结束后，模式如期下线。

然而，Kaplan在某一期的开发者更新上确认道，决定把夺旗模式定为《守望先锋》的一个永久固定部分，这将带来一些新变化。该模式只作为定制游戏（而不是快速游戏，也不排名），所以与此相关的是暴雪游戏正在推广其浏览器/服务器。

“这是一个非常酷的功能，人们可以使用自定义版本的游戏，然后其他人将在游戏的公共列表中找到它，然后加入游戏，”Kaplan解释说，“以我们添加了服务器/浏览器模式，它会列出在你所在地区正在运行的所有自定义游戏…并设有各种排序和过滤选项，以帮助您发现您要寻找的游戏。”

However, Kaplan confirmed in a developer update that the decision to make Capture the Flag a permanent fixture of Overwatch will spark a few changes. The mode will only be available as a custom game (not Quick Play or Ranked), so in conjunction with this news Blizzard is introducing the server browser.

"It's a really cool feature where people can run custom versions of the game, and then other people can find that game in a public list and then join it," explained Kaplan. "So we are adding a server browser that lists all the custom games that are running in your region... and there are all sorts of sorting and filtering options to help you find exactly what kind of game you're looking for.

"So if you know ahead of time that you want to find a certain mode only, or if you really want to find a certain map, because that's what you want to play on right now, you can search the server browser for that particular map and get right to it."

This means that you can still play Capture the Flag online with strangers across twelve maps, including the three made available by the Year of the Rooster event. The new Capture the Flag maps will be pulled from three different zones of Overwatch's capture maps, including Nepal, Ilios and Oasis.

These changes mean that custom games will now also award experience, meaning you can level up even when you've tweaked the mode you're playing.

The Server Browser is live for those PC players using the Public Test Region server - Overwatch updates are always tested here before being released in the full game across all platforms, but Kaplan makes no mention of how long this might take.

Elsewhere, Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Terry Crews has performed a mock audition to play Overwatch's Doomfist, just weeks after Overwatch officially passed the 25 million players mark.
